  • We offer standard shipping through UPS and may provide additional options at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location and shipping method chosen.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


3. Shipping Errors & Delays

  • CS_Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

  • Any issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as transit times are outside our control.


4. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • CS_Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


5. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
